Description:
Well, the purpose of this mutator is to avoid players from camping.
It works in each gametype, and uses a well-thought algorithm to define if a player
is camping, keeping in consideration
the type of weapon the player is using, the mid damage the weapon is capable to inflict, if he's driving a vehicle.. and according to those, the mutator will warn the Hunter
(an in-game character provided by the mutator itself), that the player should be sniped.
So, the Hunter starts hunting the player, and until the player don't get killed, he will
try to put a bullet in his head. The hunter, due to he's an agent
(if you saw "the Matrix" movie, then you know what I'm talking about), can be murdered in no such ways.
His major ability is to teleport wherever he wants to.

You can hide, but can't escape.

Options:
This mutator provides a first option where you can choose the hunter's model (Agent Smith or HitMan),
a second one where you can choose the hunter's weapon,
a third one wich makes it check only players for camping,
this way excluding bots and any other controller types than PlayerController classes and subclasses
and finally a third and fourth wich are the Grace Time and the Camping Threshold.

Install:
unzip the archive in your UT2004\ directory. All files should go then in their correct places.
